A personal coach is someone specialized in helping you access your own inner brilliance. They see your highest and best self, and hold you to that vision. This helps you to get clear on your values and dreams, and then moves you to action so that you get the results that you truly desire.
What can I expect working with a personal coach?
You can expect a conversation that challenges and stimulates you, as well as holds space for you to dig deep and find the answers that resonate within you. And you can depend on your coach to hold you accountable, challenge you, and sometimes even scare you a bit. Don't be afraid! What is co-active coaching?
Another great question! The co-active coaching model is all about combining the "being" part of who we are with the "doing" part. Most of us spend a lot of time "doing" but not nearly as much "being". Together as coach and client we will CO-laborate to discover your inner brilliance and foster ACTION that will ignite your power.
